The 2019 Honolulu Pride™ parade, festival, and surrounding events are expected to attract an unprecedented amount of guests and spectators than ever before. This year, the event schedule offers over two weeks of colorfully curated events filled with entertainment, art, fashion and culture providing something special for all members of our community. Launching with the Rainbows Over Waikiki banner installation down Kalakaua Avenue in Waikiki on Sunday, October 6, Kalakaua Avenue in Waikiki will become a rainbow runway for the duration of Honolulu Pride. The Honolulu Pride Parade on Saturday, 19 October stepping off at Ala Moana Beach at 11:00 am marching through Waikiki on Kalakaua Avenue and ending at the Honolulu Zoo. The Honolulu Pride Festival also on 19 October from 11:30 am to 6:00 pm is at the iconic Tom Moffatt Waikiki Shell, 2805 Monsarrat Ave; admission is free. New to this year's Honolulu Pride Festival is a fun and games area for our Ohana, Community Stage dedicated to our incredible local talent, and a Health and Wellness Area.
