Beautiful Vacation Stay OUR ROOM VIEW ????????????

Loooove our 5 day stay!️️️️️ We checked in with Sandi at front desk. She welcomed us with a polite smile and tone of voice "aloha"! Our family couldn't be more happier with our room!! ️ we was given a corner room… the view was so beautiful you can see the shopping malls strip and over looking the swimming pool with a Spectacular view of the ocean. Housekeeping was nice, valet opened and closed our car doors every time breakfast was great! and we enjoyed our nightly complementary drinks. Oh! The room was in a perfect spot because we caught a glimpse of a beautiful rainbow three times during our stay. How lucky we are to see a Thank you so much Sandi️ You made our first trip in Hawaii perfect

First time, but we would definitely return!

We had a great time at embassy suites! Perfect location to walk since we only rented a car for 2 days. Front desk, valet, everyone at the breakfast and cocktail hour, housekeeping were great. KEALA at the afternoon snack bar was very helpful in giving us restaurant recommendations! she sent us to Sidestreet Inn a local fave that our friends drive us to and was 5 stars! They told us up front and due to covid, We would have housekeeping once for our six nights day and they told us ahead of time what day that would be. I actually prefer it this way rather than having housekeeping come daily. When we needed extra towels we just called front desk and housekeeping brought it to our room. Our room was clean was updated as far as decor, for a family of four it was a very spacious. There's a resort fee $30 which includes yoga that I saw people doing near the pool at around 7:00 a.m.. valet was $40 per day which is why with the rental car inflation we only rented a car for 2 days. Breakfast is 6:30 to 9:30 ex cept Saturdays till 10:30. We were almost a full hotel and maybe there was a line at 6:30 but by 7:00 a.m. there was no line. We even went at 8:00 to 8:30 at times and the line was never long. I thought they were very..

Good location and views.

I stayed here for 8 days. This would be a 5 star review if Hilton didn't revise their housekeeping policy to only have "high end" properties that only includes Conrad and Waldorf Astoria to have daily housekeeping. Additionally, they frame it to be for the customer's convenience though it's clearly a way for them to cut costs (and jobs?).This resort starts at over $400/night or 70,000 points per night and I find it unacceptable for Hilton to decrease their cleaning standards during a pandemic. Hilton should reduce the price and points required for a reward stay in order properly reflect the service provided.Anyway, the location is decent. We got upgraded to a premium corner Oceanview suite with great views. The pool was nice. The Yard House delivered food to us by the pool one day. The evening reception was good, but they do 2 drink tickets now. The staff were all very friendly and worked hard to keep the grounds clean. Breakfast was crowded and they could probably use another buffet line/omelet station. The resort fee is cheaper than Hilton Hawaiian Village. I'm not sure if I would stay here again because I'm thinking about leaving the Hilton brand

Always Room for Improvement

room for improvement on cleanest, found a diaper under bed skirt and items in the refrigerator . But we clean our room when we check in with Clorox wipes and lysol then we do not allow any room service to come in while we occupy this space. We know its clean thats how we found those items when we checked in. We take our own towels and wash cloths to these hotels. But over all experience it was good no smells
