Waikiki Travel Tips and Frequently Asked Questions

  • What bath amenities do the rooms have?

    Our suites offer great bath products, including shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bath and facial soaps, hairdryer, and towels. Guests may request shower gel, shower cap, toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, razor, shaving cream, vanity kit and sewing kit. Call Housekeeping or the Front Desk to request additional bath and travel items upon your arrival, free of charge.
  • Do you provide beach and pool towels?

    Yes. The hotel provides yellow and white striped towels at the pool. For additional towels to use at the beach or in your suite, please call the housekeeping department.
  • Does the hotel offer WiFi?

    Yes, if you have a laptop, we have WiFi in all of our suites and public spaces, including the 4th floor Grand Lanai and Lobby floor. We also have a 24-hour business center on the lobby level of Aloha Tower with free computers and internet access 
  • Do you provide baby cribs?

    Yes, the Embassy Suites Waikiki provides a pack and play portable bassinet upon request and availability free of charge. We also provide bed guards upon request and availability.
  • Do you have stroller or wheelchair rentals?

    Yes, you can arrange wheelchair and stroller rentals through the bell desk for a fee.
  • Do you have laundry facility?

    Yes, we have a laundry facility with credit card-operated washers and dryers on the 3rd floor of the Aloha and Hula towers. The laundry room is open 24 hours a day.
  • Does the hotel offer parking?

    Yes. The hotel has convenient valet parking for $50.00 a night for guests with unlimited in and out access.  The hotel's parking garage does not allow vehicles 6' 7" or above.
  • Does Embassy Suites by Hilton Waikiki Beach Walk offer a fitness center?

    Yes, the hotel offers a modern fitness center on the 3rd floor of the Aloha Tower with weight training and cardio equipment.
