Equipped with patience, soft top surfboards and life jackets, the Big Wave Dave staff can help teach all ages and levels to paddle out and hang loose.

Volcanic Venture
Would you dare hike up the center of an extinct tuff crater? Waikiki is home to Le‘ahi, also known as Diamond Head. Traverse the 0.8 mile hike which rises 560 ft. from the crater floor to the summit through an underground tunnel, steep stairs and old military bunkers. You'll be rewarded at the top with a view of Waikiki and the Pacific Ocean like none other.

After-Hours Animals
Calling all future zoologists! Treat your family to a VIP experience with Honolulu Zoo's Twilight Tours. Each Saturday evening, you have the opportunity to see what the zoo is like after all the visitors leave. The guided two-hour tour takes a look at some of the zoo's most intriguing animals as they prepare for sleep, and while others are just waking up.
