Tropical Bloom — March Cocktail of the Month
This one's like a springtime garden in a glass. Floral elderflower meets tangy passion fruit and sweet pineapple, all shaken over ice and topped with bubbles. Garnish with an orange wheel and suddenly you're sipping sunshine.
- Add to a shaker:
- .5 oz Elderflower liqueur
- 1 oz Sweet and sour mix
- .5 oz Passion fruit syrup
- Splash of pineapple juice
- 1 oz Gin
- Shake with ice
- Strain into a 16 oz cup with fresh ice
- Top with brut
- Garnish with an orange wheel
Island Botanica — April Cocktail of the Month
This cocktail is a little more complex. Bright tropical fruit meets rich vermouth and aromatic bitters, all finished with a pop of pineapple. It's like a tropical garden and a golden sunset teamed up in one seriously good-looking glass.
- Add .5 oz of each to a shaker:
- Carpano Dry Vermouth
- Antica Sweet Vermouth
- Carpano Botanical Bitters
- Crème de Cassis
- Island Oasis Mango Beverage Mix (can substitute mango puree or mango nectar juice)
- Add 1 oz lychee liqueur and a splash of pineapple juice to the shaker
- Add ice, shake, and strain into 14 oz glass with fresh ice
- Top with brut
- Garnish with a large orange twist and a maraschino cherry
