Art on the Zoo Fence 
A tradition since the 1950s, Art on the Zoo Fence invites local artists to display their paintings and photography along the exterior fence of the Honolulu Zoo in Waikiki every Saturday and Sunday. Peruse and purchase unique artwork to take home as a souvenir. 

 


Capitol Modern
Capitol Modern, located in downtown Honolulu, presents the largest collection of works by contemporary Hawaii artists, and good news: it's free. Make sure to step out into the Sculpture Garden to explore playful statues and the glass reflection pool.

Roam the quaint courtyards and quiet galleries at the Honolulu Museum of Art. Join the highlights tour on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays at 11 a.m. to learn about the museum's most popular works. Then, stick around for a bite at the picturesque alfresco café.

Park West Fine Art Museum & Gallery
Located steps from our lobby, Park West Fine Art Museum & Gallery at Waikiki Beach Walk is part museum, part gallery. Browse artwork from some of the biggest names in classical and contemporary art, including icons like Pablo Picasso, Rembrandt, Michael Godard and more.

 


Paint and Sip
Join Paint and Sip Honolulu for a happy hour session at 1938 Indochine restaurant in the hip-and-trendy Kakaako neighborhood. You'll create your own painting to take home with help from an expert and enjoy one complimentary drink. Don't worry, they'll provide all the supplies needed!
