Roy Yamaguchi's Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine blends fresh local ingredients with European sauces and bold Asian spices, always with a focus on seafood. Each evening you'll find a tantalizing range of appetizers, entrées, fresh fish dishes and desserts.
And ask your server about our award-winning wine list. Noted for it's diverse and intriguing selection, Roy's offers a vast range of wines from well-known and newly discovered wineries alike. In addition, Roy's offers signature cuveés, created in partnership with some of the world's most respected winemakers, specifically with our food in mind.
Every night our menu features a selection of "Roy's Classics" (Roy's menu items that have been international favorites for years). Or you may choose daily specials created by our local Chef Partners, all of whom have been personally trained by Roy.
A prix fixe menu is also available to our guests every evening.

Yard House
The Yard House is an upscale-casual eatery known for its extensive menu, classic rock music, and world's largest selection of draft beer. From classic lagers to more obscure ales and stouts there's a draft beer flavor for everyone. Yard House features a transparent keg room containing more than 600 barrels, some 1,000 gallons of beer, and an endless fleet of 130 tap handles. The menu of American Fusion cuisine includes an impressive selection of appetizers, salads, pastas, sandwiches, individual-size pizzas, seafood, steaks, ribs and chops. Late-night dining is available, and each restaurant can accommodate groups for large parties. For pint-size guests the kid's klub includes a 12 page activity book, fresh to order menu items, kustom koolers and a fresh fruit strawberry bar.

Ruth Chris® Steak House
It might seem like a risk to venture away from steaks at Ruth's Chris, but the risk will be rewarded. Try our Market Fresh Seafood selection, cooked to perfection. Or the popular Ahi Tuna Stack, seared rare, topped with Colossal lump crabmeat and served sizzling with red pepper pesto. There's even something for vegetarians with our Grilled Portobello Mushrooms - marinated Portobello mushrooms on fluffy garlic mashed potatoes with grilled asparagus, broccoli, tomatoes and sizzling lemon butter. At Ruth's Chris, steak is king, but the royal family is large. All decisions should be this difficult.
