1. Can I request an early check in upon my arrival?
We will gladly take your early check in request but we are unable to guarantee your check in time any earlier than 3pm. If you would like to guarantee earlier check in time, we recommend you to book your reservation from the prior night.

2. What bath amenities are included?
Provided in the suite: Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bath soap, facial soap, hairdryer, towels. Available upon request: Shower gel, shower cap, toothbrush, toothpaste, mouth wash, razor, shaving cream, vanity kit and sewing kit. . Please call the Housekeeping or the Front Desk to request any of these items upon your arrival. These items are free of charge.

3. Do you provide beach/pool towels?
We provide yellow and white striped towels located at the pool. For additional towels, please call housekeeping department.

4. Is there internet access in the hotel?
Yes, if you have a laptop, we have WiFi connection in the room. Also on the 4th floor Grand Lanai and Lobby floor, there is WiFi connection. We also have a business center on the 3rd floor of Aloha Tower where we have computer access for our guests at free of charge. Open 24hrs.

5. Can I have some items shipped to the hotel and stored until I check in?
Yes, the bell desk will store any luggage until your arrival for a certain period of time not to exceed 30days. Please be sure to list the reservation name and the arrival date on the package(s) being shipped. Also, please be aware there is a $3 per day, per item, charge is required to store luxury goods such as golf clubs.

6. Is there airport shuttle that hotel provides?
The hotel does not provide shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but our bell desk can assist you in booking a return shuttle to the airport. The price is approximately $14.00 per adult, $6.00 for children ages between 2-11yrs old. Children under 2yrs old are free of charge. Taxi is approximately $45.00 -$55.00 one way.

7. Can you guarantee me particular floor, tower, location of the room?
We take all room reservations based on your preferences. We will do our very best to accommodate your request, but we are unable to guarantee a specific location.

8. Do you have smoking rooms?
Our entire property is a non-smoking property. This includes the balcony of the room and any outdoor public area in the hotel. Smoking is permitted outside of the hotel property where ashtrays are located. Please note that if any evidence of smoking is found, there will be a cleaning fee assessed to the guest.

9. What is an approximate size of 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom suite?
1 bedroom suites are approximately 500sq. ft. and 2 bedroom suites are approximately 700sq. ft.

10. Do you provide baby cribs?
Yes, we provide a pack and play portable bassinet, available upon request and availability. This item is free of charge. Also, we provide bed guards upon request and availability.

11. Do you have stroller or wheelchair rental?
Yes, arrangements can be made through the bell desk with a fee.

12. Can I get an extra roll away bed?
In every suite, there is a sofa bed which can be turned down. Therefore, we do not provide rollaway beds.

13. Can I borrow utensils and plates?
Plastic utensils and paper plates are available upon request.

14. Do you have laundry facility?
Yes, we have coin operated laundry on the 3rd floor of Aloha and Hula Tower. Open 24hrs. (Fees)

15. Do you have a fitness center?
Yes, on the 3rd floor of Aloha Tower. Open 24hrs and free of charge.

16. Is there parking provided for hotel guests?
Our property has valet parking only. Parking is $40.00 a night for hotel guests.

17. Do you provide luggage storage for guest that are checking out of your hotel for couple of days and coming back again to stay at the property?
Yes, our bell desk will gladly store your luggage while you’re away. There is a $3.00per item, per day, charge paid in advance.

18. I haven’t received a booking confirmation after I made a reservation through this official website.
You will receive a booking confirmation via email within 72 hours if you make a reservation through this official website. If you have not received your booking confirmation within 72 hours, please check the correct email address was entered at the time of booking. If you use a free email service such as Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, etc., your booking confirmation email may have been delivered directly to your spam folder.
